No, I don't think so. It wasn't designed for Windows Mobile.

I think the real problem with WinMo is that it was never really designed for touchscreen UI….it was just recently adapted for touchscreen to keep up with the trend….

I do not believe that is compatible with 6 yet. They are working harder to get 6.1 on more of the newer phones than catch up to older 5.0 phones. I just got an HTC Touch that was preloaded with 6. Here is the link to show what phones can upgrade to 6 and 6.1.
It depends on the manufacturer of the phone. WM5 and WM6 both support alternate languages and input, but it depends on if the manufacturer implemented it or not.
